Very pale and light – salmon pink tending to copper–brass.
Perfumed and elegant; Turkish delight, rose petal and watermelon overlaid with subtle savoury notes.
The palate is crisp and refreshing, long and juicy with a lovely dry, talcy finish.

This is the second vintage of Breathing Space Rosé made by Evans & Tate. The wine is created from Shiraz fruit from two distinct Margaret River vineyards, selected to drive the style. These two vineyards are located on warm-soiled sites in the northern part of the region selected for their ability to ripen Shiraz early whilst achieving soft, ripe tannins, which is critical for making our balanced, flavoursome, vibrant style of rosé with perfumed aromatics.
When blended with the Semillon component and a small, highly aromatic Verdelho, which was fermented in mature French oak puncheons, the Shiraz fruit produces an aromatic, fleshy textured, slightly savoury style of rosé perfectly suited to the ethos of the Breathing Space range.
A delicious aperitif that's just perfect on its own.
Fresh, clean, not too sweet and yet well fruited; an easy wine to drink, enjoy and appreciate as a result. Pale and dry without being uppity about it.90
