2014 Evans & Tate Redbrook Reserve Chardonnay | 97 points
The utterly fantastic quartz-green hue sets the antennae waving furiously. The bouquet is first out of the blocks, but it's the drive, the freshness, the pink grapefruit and Granny Smith apple flavours that are the mark of a Margaret River chardonnay of the highest rank. Its show record is partly summarised on the bottle.
2017 Evans & Tate Redbrook Reserve Chardonnay | 95 points
Fermented wild, no mlf, 11 months in oak (only 13% new) before spending a further 12 months in tank on lees prior to bottling. It puts on a clean pure display but then it also has excellent intensity and length. Apple, white peach, pear and cedar wood flavours are presented crisp-but-creamy, the result as delicious as it is impressive.
2017 Evans & Tate Redbrook Estate Cabernet Merlot | 95 points
An even but satisfying flow of elegant flavour. It's ripe and sweet, but it's also dusty and well shaped; it combines plushness with persistence. Fine-grained tannin, licorice notes, florals and sweet herbs; everything here is in excellent order.
2016 Evans & Tate Redbrook Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon | 95 points
Cabernet with a sweet-fruited smile on its face. It's ripe and polished with smoked cedar wood slipped hand in glove into pure, ripe cassis, chocolate and peppermint. It's pretty much impossible to review, or drink, this wine without uttering the word 'seductive'. To 2035 $65

2018 Evans & Tate Redbrook Estate Shiraz | 95 points
Vines planted in '75. 80% whole bunch ferment, all pressings included, 13 months in French oak, 13% new. Licorice, violets, stems, nuts and black cherries. It puts on a complex display, seamless, too, its soft fruit and texture pulling a wide gamut of flavours along for the ride. Tannin is incredibly fine-grained and its nutty length has plenty going for it. This is a mid-weight shiraz with a whole lot to offer. To 2032 $40 Rating 95
