new classic rosé now on sale

This delicious Rosé is the long-awaited new addition to the Classic range from Evans & Tate. Perfumed and bright, with aromas of wild strawberry, cherry and Turkish delight, it's a refreshing and dry style of rosé, with a textural and savoury finish. 

Not only does is make a perfect aperitif, served well chilled, preferably as the sun goes down, but it's also a fabulous accompaniment to a wide range of dishes, from grilled West Australian king prawns to fragrant Thai green curry. 

2018 was also a pretty perfect year in which to create the first Classic Rosé wine, as it was a truly outstanding growing season. Moderate summer temperatures gave a wine with clean, bright fruit flavours and wonderful refreshing crispness. 

The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night and underwent minimal handling in the winery to retain all the attractive primary fruit flavours and aromas.
